Terms of Use for SwiftCloud Training Cloud Compute Platform

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE ACCESSING OR USING SWIFTCLOUD. BY ACCESSING OR USING SWIFTCLOUD, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using SwiftCloud (the "Platform"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.
2. Use of the Platform
2.1.
Access and Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms to use the Platform.
2.2.
User Account: To access certain features of the Platform, you may be required to create a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Intellectual Property
4.1.
Ownership: SwiftCloud and its licensors own all rights, title, and interest in and to the Platform, including all intellectual property rights.
4.2.
No Reverse Engineering: You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Platform or attempt to derive the source code or underlying algorithms of the Platform.
5. Termination
SwiftCloud may, in its sole discretion, terminate or suspend your access to the Platform at any time, without notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
6. Disclaimers
6.1.
Availability: SwiftCloud does not guarantee that the Platform will be available or error-free at all times.
6.2.
No Warranty: The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SwiftCloud shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your use or inability to use the Platform.
- Unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
- Any errors or omissions in the Platform.
- Any third-party content or services accessed through the Platform.
8. Changes to the Terms
SwiftCloud may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. You are advised to review these Terms periodically.
